/versions.json.
The main Viscar site uses this file to detect when documents have been updated
and to prompt users for re-acceptance when changes are material.
Older versions are archived in this repository and are reachable by direct URL
(for example privacy-notice/v1.0.0.html). Past versions are never removed.
